She answers questions openly and honestly, she provides good details on the work and goals to be accomplished, and she simply goes out and gets quality work done. I also learned an absolute ton from her. There are a lot of things that I now know how to do that I couldn't have figured out on my own without years of experience. I know enough now to support my store entirely on my own if I needed to, but to perfectly honest, hiring Cierra was absolutely worth it, and I'll be doing it again, because she just does it better.
I would say, given the competition on Upwork, Cierra is in a pricier range, but I sought her out because she looked like she was the best, and given all she accomplished in the time we worked together, I'd argue she's got the best value for your dollar on this site. Obviously, I wouldn't be here singing her praises if I didn't think her work was worth it.

First of all, this review is long overdue! Cierra has been an invaluable lifeline for our shop since we started working with her in late June of this year. We started our shop in September of 2022 and we were growing but knew we wanted more. We weren't sure where to turn but I set up a video call with Cierra and after just a few minutes, I knew we needed her on our team!
Her experience, education and pure gut instincts are the perfect combination we were looking for in a consultant. She is efficient, highly intelligent, and knows more than we could ever know regarding the Etsy platform and how to leverage our products in the most profitable way.

We worked with Sierra for several months to optimize the digital cross stitch patterns shop on Etsy.I had the pleasure of working with Cierra to optimize my Etsy listings, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
